Empowering Women, Girls, and Youth Across Cameroon
EnowAgbor Foundation strives to build an inclusive, just, and sustainable society by empowering vulnerable groups through education, healthcare, and socio-economic support.

Our Vision
“An inclusive society with a sustainable environment and enhanced socio-economic well-being of vulnerable people, especially youths, women and girls.”
Learn More
EnowAgbor Foundation envisions a society where every individual, regardless of socio-economic background, gender, age, or displacement status, can thrive in a culture that values equality, safety, sustainability, quality education, and shared prosperity. This vision is shaped by the realities of Cameroon, where many communities face poverty, limited access to services, gender-based violence (GBV), environmental degradation, and the lasting impact of conflict.
In practical terms, this means promoting quality education for children—especially girls in rural and conflict-affected areas through scholarships, school materials, digital learning support, and remedial classes for displaced learners. The Foundation mentors youth toward employment, strengthens women’s cooperatives with vocational and business training, and raises awareness on GBV while supporting survivors through counselling, referral services, and community-led prevention initiatives. Safe spaces are created for vulnerable groups to access psychosocial support, life skills, and protection services that keep them secure and help them remain in school.
Environmental sustainability remains a core pillar. The Foundation promotes climate-smart farming, tree planting, and community waste management education to protect natural resources and increase resilience to climate challenges. Ultimately, the vision reflects a Cameroon where children access quality education, women and youth enjoy equal opportunities, survivors of violence are protected, displaced families rebuild with dignity, and communities live in harmony with the environment. Through these practical, community-driven actions, EnowAgbor Foundation works toward a future marked by safety, equality, knowledge, and sustainable well-being for all.

Learn More
The EnowAgbor Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals in Cameroon by providing practical support that enables them to learn, stay safe, and build stable futures. We work within communities, schools, religious institutions, youth groups, women’s and men’s associations, and through outreach programs to expand access to quality education. This includes providing school fees, learning materials, digital learning tools, and remedial classes for children, especially girls and displaced learners who are at risk of dropping out of school.
We equip young people for real-world employment by offering mentorship, vocational training, and skills development in areas such as small business management, agriculture, and technology. We also engage youth groups and school clubs to strengthen leadership, discipline, and community responsibility.
We support women and girls by strengthening cooperatives, providing start-up resources and skills that improve their livelihoods, and conducting community workshops in churches, mosques, councils, and village halls to prevent gender-based violence. The Foundation provides confidential counselling, connects survivors to medical and legal support, and creates safe spaces where young people and displaced families can receive psychosocial support, life skills, and protection.
Environmental sustainability guides our on-the-ground work. We train farmers in climate-smart techniques, organise tree-planting campaigns in deforested communities, and carry out waste management education and clean-up exercises in markets, schools, religious institutions, and neighbourhoods. We also encourage families to conserve natural spaces and to plant trees around their homes and neighbourhoods as a simple but powerful way to protect the environment and strengthen community resilience.
To reach a broader population, the Foundation delivers educational programs through radio, television, and social media platforms, making information accessible to households across both rural and urban areas.
Through these practical, hands-on interventions, the EnowAgbor Foundation helps reduce inequality, rebuild lives affected by conflict and displacement, and promote safer, healthier, and more sustainable communities across Cameroon.

Empowering Women, Girls, and Youth in Cameroon
The EnowAgbor Foundation is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, environmentally sustainable, and just society in Cameroon by empowering women, girls, youth, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other vulnerable groups who face daily social and economic challenges. Through hands-on education programmes, mobile healthcare outreach, small-business support, and practical community environmental initiatives, the Foundation works to restore dignity, create real opportunities, and strengthen resilience among people affected by poverty, conflict, and displacement.
The Foundation promotes girls’ education by providing school fees, learning materials, mentorship clubs, and safe-space programmes for rural and urban communities. It supports women’s leadership and economic independence through village savings groups, business start-up kits, and training in skills such as tailoring, food processing, and digital literacy. Young people are equipped with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship through vocational training in fields like solar installation, ICT, agriculture, and community waste recycling.
To support IDPs and vulnerable families, the Foundation offers psychosocial counselling, emergency food and hygiene supplies, community health screenings, and assistance in rebuilding livelihoods through small grants and training. Its environmental sustainability work includes tree-planting in schools and communities, training farmers in climate-smart agriculture, organising clean-up campaigns in towns and markets, and teaching households simple waste-sorting and composting techniques.
By addressing urgent needs while developing long-term skills and environmental awareness, the EnowAgbor Foundation helps reduce inequalities, enhance climate resilience, and foster healthier, more sustainable communities across Cameroon
